Can anyone recommend clinics in the US that have a high success rate coupled with an affordable IVF program?

Good morning lkp123! I live in the US...in Indiana. My husband and I have been ttc for almost 4 years now. DH is 33 and I'm 39. I have endometriosis. We've been pregnant 4 times, but unfortunately miscarried each time. In addition, we now have a surrogate who was pregnant over the summer, but miscarried (so really 5 miscarriages total). We just found out on Saturday that she is pregnant again. We are cautiously happy.

We have utilized 3 clinics in Indiana. We never switched because we didn't like where we were at, it was more because our conditions changed....we had to switch to the second clinic because our original doctor did not work with surrogates. Then we just switched at the end of the summer to another clinic because they had a better egg donor program. We were recommended to try egg donation because of the failed miscarriages.

Our first clinic was Indiana University Medical Center. I am a huge fan of that office and my doctor there. She specializes in endocrinology and infertility. She is a great doctor and her success rate is very high. What I really liked about that place is that since it's also a regular ob/gyn office, they will bill insurance for all your ultrasounds and bloodwork. So, we saved a lot of money that way. In addition, we were also able to get financial assistance through the hospital (almost like financial aid for college). We didn't think we would qualify, but they look at how fast your medical bills are adding up, etc. and we qualified for 70% of our bills to be written off! That was wonderful. The second clinic was just okay, so I will skip that one unless you want to know details.

We ended up at Midwest Fertility Clinic because we decided to use an egg donor. We had to pay 1/2 upfront and then the remaining balance at the time of the egg retrieval. I'd say it cost close to $20,000, but remember that we had to use an egg donor and so that upped the cost probably about $2000 to $3000. We really liked working with them too.
I have loads of information and would be happy to share with you, if you are interested.
Where in the states are you located? Do you mind me asking how old you are?
I hope this information was helpful. Please feel free to email me and ask all the questions you have.
take care,
sandhya
