Hi ladys , are you in the two week wait?. Did anyone do IVF/ICSI with DE in Spain in May-June ?Has anyone else started at the same time? . I went to IVI Alicante Spain and started my protocol last month.

My story. 4 IVF/ICSI ,
Im 39, have endo level IV, tubal issues, HIGH FSH, etc... so we moved on to DE. I was so used to the doom and gloom and all the BFN's ...so I thought trying DE is better than nothing and giving up hope.

on 6 June 2012 had a 5 day transfer of 3 embryo's, 2 blast and 1 mor (:

I am on the 2WW and my blood test is going to be on 15 June 2012 , I have to say I have never been so scared to test before .Hopefully DE/IVF will do the trick and give us a baby.

I noticed your post and just thought that I would reply although I'm not at the same stage you are right now. I'm actually on pins and needles awaiting the arrival of our twins boys via a surrogate and IVF using DE. Our surrogate is 37 weeks and 1 day today. Amazing that she has made it this far!
My story is this... I'm 40 and DH is 34. I have mild endo. We have been pregnant 4 times since 2008. First pregnancy was through IUI and we found out at 3 months that baby had died, miscarried the next day. Second pregnancy was our first IVF and got BFP only to start bleeding at 5 weeks. That was a Molar pregnancy and we couldn't try for 6 months after that pregnancy. 3rd pregnancy was with IVF and we got pregnant with twins. I had to have a d&c at 9 weeks. 4th pregnancy was natural after a laparoscopy. We knew immediately that it wasn't going to last because my Hcg was too low.
My friend offered to be a surrogate. We tried a fresh IVF cycle and put 2 embies in her, she got pregnant but miscarried at 6 weeks. We decided to go with DE and surrogate and in October, she got pregnant with twins (we only put 2 embies in her). She has had a very uneventful pregnancy, which is such a relief after all our ups and downs. I did have some wobbles at different times regarding the use of DE, but I have gotten over it and am just so excited that we get to meet our boys soon! I'm sure since you will be carrying them yourself, that you'll forget very quickly that you went the DE route. I think you should stay positive. Sounds like you have some very strong embies in you!
